Schedule: Monday Thursday
Patient mix: 60% adults 40% children
Treatment mix: 70% braces 30% clear aligners
Payor mix: 75% FFS

Qualifications:
DMD or DDS
New grads considered
Successful completion of an accredited orthodontics program
Must be comfortable as the solo provider
Current state license to practice dentistry
Proof of and ability to maintain malpractice insurance
